Tuition and Fee Schedule School Year 2011-2012

Tuition:
Pre-K $200.00 monthly and a $50 supply fee due July 15th.

Application Fee (Non-Refundable) $50.00 per student. This is payable to ‘FACTS’.

1. Tuition options and schedules for 2011-2012, after payment of Application Fee and Curriculum Fee have been paid in full:

• Enrollment in FACTS Tuition Management Program is MANDATORY for monthly payment installments.

2. A late fee of $100 will be assessed on past due accounts after July 1, 2011 and January 4, 2012.

3. A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

4. Discounts for multi-children families and those in the ministry are as follows:
Multi-child discounts 5% off tuition for each additional child
Pastoral discount 5% off full tuition for each child
Only one 5% discount may be applied to each child’s tuition.

5. All accounts must be current before re-enrollment can be offered, report cards issued or transcripts released. No exceptions will be made. Students will not be admitted to class unless tuition payments are current.

6. Tuition does NOT include additional fees for uniforms, field trips, school supplies and athletics.
