Tuition Payment Options

1. Payment in full by July 1, 2013 (5% early pay discount) = $3,562.50
2. 2 semester installments = $1,875 due in July + $1,875 due in January.  Requires mandatory enrollment in FACTS Tuition Management Program.
3. 12 monthly installments = $312.50 per month from July 2013 – June 2014.  Requires mandatory enrollment in FACTS Tuition Management Program.

FACTS Tuition Management Program information:

• Automatic bank draft or credit card (Mastercard, Discover, AmEx) payment
• Payment dates on the 5^th or 20^th of the month
• $43 annual fee for 12 monthly payments plan
• $10 annual fee for 2 payments plan
• 2.5% convenience fee for credit cards only
• Only 1 account needed per family

AFTER JULY 1, 2013, TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND PAYABLE WHETHER WITHDRAWAL IS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.

Additional Expenses

• $100 late fee for accounts 30 days or more past due 
• $25 fee for returned checks
• FACTS assesses fees on insufficient funds drafts
• Tuition does NOT include tutoring, uniform, field trip, school supply, lunch or athletic expense.

Discounts

• Early payment – 5% off tuition for full year tuition payment received by July 1^st
• Multi-child – 5% off tuition for each child after the 1^st
• Pastoral – 5% off tuition for each child with a parent serving in ministry
• Only 1 discount can be used.  Maximum total discount is 5% per student.
